A 4-Night Diagnostic & Wellbeing Experience

Day-by-Day Overview
Day 1 – Arrival, Grounding & Connection

Guests arrive at Foyers Lodge, settle into their rooms, and begin to unwind. The afternoon includes a gentle grounding session and introductions, followed by a relaxed walk to the Falls of Foyers, offering time to decompress in nature. The evening features dinner and a welcome talk outlining the diagnostic process and retreat structure.

Day 2 – Assessment, Understanding ADHD & Yoga

This day focuses on the ADHD diagnostic assessment, supported by structured breaks. Alongside assessments, guests attend workshops exploring adult ADHD and its impact across life. The day includes a gentle yoga session to support regulation and focus, with time for rest and reflection built throughout.

Day 3 – Insight, Integration & Loch Ness

Guests receive feedback and supported discussion around their assessment outcomes. Workshops focus on practical strategies for daily life, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. In the afternoon, guests enjoy a guided boat trip on Loch Ness, offering space to reflect and reset. The evening remains relaxed and unhurried.

Day 4 – Moving Forward with Clarity

The final full day focuses on personal integration and future planning. Guests develop individualised wellbeing and next-step plans, supported by group discussion. The retreat closes with a reflective session, a final yoga or mindfulness practice, and a celebratory closing dinner.

A relaxed breakfast and gentle check-out, with guests leaving feeling informed, supported, and renewed.

Angelique Ashby will be leading the retreats at Foyers Lodge. She has over 30 years’ nursing experience in mental health and is a dual registered nurse (RMN and RGN) as well as a qualified wellbeing practitioner.
